After items leave our facility, transit times depend on the delivery region: most Canadian destinations expect delivery in roughly 3–7 business days; U.S. destinations typically see 5–10 business days. Risk of loss or damage passes to the recipient once the parcel is collected by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays that arise from carrier operations or customs procedures.
